A Boozy taste of summer in a glass. A margarita with just tequila, coconut rum, and pineapple coming together to make the most beautifully refreshing fruity drink this summer season. The Delightfully color comes from the pineapple juice and a splash of orange flavored blue Curacao.
The perfect turquoise blue margarita is almost too pretty to drink and should be sipped, while being the perfect cocktail for a day lounging with friends by the pool.

Ingredients
- 4 oz Blanco Tequila - or silver
- 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz lime juice - fresh squeezed
- 1/2 oz blue curaçao - more or less to achieve the desired color
- pineapple wedges
- club soda - optional
Instructions
TO MAKE 2 COCKTAILS

Mix all ingredients except blue curaçao in a large clear cocktail shaker.

Shake until mixed and well chilled.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.

Add blue curaçao a little at a time, until you have the desired color.

Optionally top with club soda when serving, if you want to lighten the alcohol content.
TO MAKE A PITCHER

Change the number of servings in the recipe and it will recalculate the recipe.

Mix juices first, then add spirits except for the blue curaçao in a large pitcher with ice. Stir vigorously.

Add blue curaçao a little at a time, until you have the desired color. Do not add club soda until ready to serve, if desired.

Remove ice from the pitcher or it will dilute the cocktail.

Serve over ice and top with club soda if desired.
