Dream Hotel Group, a renowned hospitality brand, has announced its plans to introduce The Chatwal in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico by 2020.
Perched on a cliff at The Vines, this luxurious hotel will boast stunning views of the city’s iconic church towers, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. San Miguel de Allende offers a perpetual spring-like climate and hosts a variety of vibrant cultural events and gastronomy festivals throughout the year.
The design and construction of this exclusive complex, featuring 44 independent villas and 125 residences, will be managed by CallisonRTKL. Guests will enjoy breathtaking views of the Laja River Valley while surrounded by 200 acres of exquisite French-import vineyards.
The hotel’s kitchens will prioritize fresh, locally-grown ingredients to offer the finest in nutrition, complemented by personalized service from a staff well-versed in diverse cultures and traditions.
Over the next five years, Dream Hotel Group plans to expand globally with 50 new hotels and resorts across its various brands, including Dream Hotels, Unscripted Hotels, The Chatwal, and Time Hotels.
Located three hours from Mexico City in the Bajío region of eastern Guanajuato, the complex will feature polo fields, a lavish spa, gyms, game rooms, and more, ensuring a truly unique experience—reflecting the distinctive charm that has defined Dream Hotel Group over the past 30 years.
