Reduce your spending on shopping: 

You should reduce your shopping list and spending, thus you can also save money and not have to buy anything regarding plastics. 

Buy some reusable water bottles and coffee cups: 

You should buy a reusable water bottle and coffee cup. Then you can refill them accordingly. 

Use sustainable storage containers: 

You can buy and use various storage containers made with glass, wood, bamboo, etc instead of plastic containers. 

Purchase un-packaged vegetables and fruits: 

when you are shopping from the supermarkets, try to buy the un-packaged vegetables and fruits to avoid bad plastics. 

Use bamboo toothbrush: 

Instead of plastic toothbrushes, you need to buy and use the biodegradable bamboo toothbrushes.
